ℹ️ About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our remote-first team. You’ll be instrumental in modernizing and expanding our web-based admin console, improving UI performance, and shaping the user experience of our core product. This role reports directly to the Front-End Lead and collaborates closely with UX designers and back-end developers.

💻 What You’ll Do

Lead development of new features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Work closely with UX/UI teams to implement responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces

Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal coding standards and best practices

Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex UI issues across multiple platforms

Collaborate with backend teams using RESTful APIs and WebSockets

Drive code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Champion testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
