Apple Spring 2017 Releases & FileWave 12

We’re pleased to announce that FileWave customers will have immediate support upon Apple’s release of iOS 10.3, macOS Sierra 10.12.4, and tvOS 10.2 – ensuring existing FileWave features work on all Apple devices without interruption.

FileWave has a history of providing zero-day support for Apple releases, and the Spring 2017 releases are no exception. FileWave customers can rest assured knowing existing FileWave features and functionalities will work on new, or upgraded, devices. New features available in the new Apple operating systems will be fully integrated in FileWave 12, slated for an early April release.

FileWave 12 is Coming!

In addition to supporting the new features available in iOS, macOS, and tvOS, FileWave 12 will build upon FileWave’s long-time commitment to multi-platform support by adding Chrome OS to the already long list of supported operating systems. FileWave administrators can already manage macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android devices, and soon will be able include Chromebook devices – all from one console.

Other features coming with the release of FileWave 12 include native UEFI imaging support and numerous improvements to FileWave Admin.

Stay tuned for the official release!
