Please provide the following information in your disclosure report:
URL, IP address or location of the service or a product that is affected by the vulnerability
Steps to reproduce
Your contact information and whether or not you want to be identified in vulnerability resolution report
You can use our public PGP key (link) to send us an encrypted message
Do not disclose the vulnerability to the public or a third party before it is confirmed and resolved by our Security Team.
Make a good faith effort to avoid violating privacy, destroying data, or interrupting or degrading the FileWave service. Please only interact with accounts you own or for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.
While researching, we’d like you to refrain from:
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)
Spamming
Social engineering or phishing of FileWave employees or contractors
Any attacks against FileWave’s physical property or data centers
