Hi Paul,

If you have a Mobile License, please check in the preferences, if the right server address is in it and working.
If you do not have any mobile license, check in the preferences if the right server address is in it and working.

Did you do a upgrade or changed something?
Is it a Windows or Unix Server?

Please also make sure the DB is not symlinken....
/fwxserver/ <-- this folder should not be linked
/fwxserver/DB/ <-- this folder should not be linked
/fwxserver/Data Folder/ <-- this folder you can link, also it contains all the Data Filesets

if everything is correct, please open a terminal (on the server) or dos prompt as root/admin and try it with the command fwcontrol server restart

Best regards

Hi Mike,

thanks for you fast answer. The server address under preferences is in and it works.

The server runs on a Windows 2008 r2 server.

I didn't change or upgrade anything i just added a client. After i added the client the error appears. The DB seems to be ok so i restartet the fwserver but i still get the error.

We are noticing a lot more FW Admin application crashes since moving to v8.0.2. The FW Server seems to update properly when we get back in. So far, the issue seems to be related to FW Admin, not server.

I'm using v7.1.2. Could't it also be a problem with Mac OS X 10.9.3??? I have some issues with the the mavericks.

Hi Paul,
I did call you, now everything is working. The problem was that the Certificate for Mobile was generated but the .p12 file was not added to the Admin panel.
It has been solved and i also did test with you the deployment of your first ios App.

Best regards
Mike
