There are 10 client devices that are associated with Fileset A and Profile A. I want to move 5 clients from Fileset A into a duplicate fileset (Fileset B) with a different profile (Profile B). How can I ensure that no data/settings linked with apps in Fileset A will be lost when associating clients with Fileset B? Do I keep both filesets associated with the devices but then push Fileset B to take priority over Fileset A?

That's a great question! What is the payload that is configured in the profile?

If Profile B is just a duplicate of Profile A, and you associate Profile B to your client or client group, then the most restrictive profile settings will win.
