Does file wave have the capability to wipe the photo library off of a device, without issuing a wipe command? We would like to be able to refresh the IPADs every summer without having to do the wipe device and redo the device enrollment every year for all of our devices.

Hello , unfortunately there is no way for any MDM to touch user-generated content on an iOS device , except if that content is stored inside of an app that is controlled by MDM. The Photo Library is not reachable via MDM , since it does not belong to any App that can be controlled via MDM. Therefore, the only way to remove the Photos is a complete wipe of your device.

Should apple provide a command to accomplish this in the future, rest assured that we will implement it ASAP.

Best Regards,
Chris
