Is there a way to do an inventory query on iPads that have a VPN installed?

Hello! You can certainly create a Query for the application name of the VPN. You will want to go to Inventory Queries, New Query, scroll to Application on the left, then drag that to the right. Then you will want to enter the name in the box on the right. Once you have done that, you will want to go to Fields and select the fields you would like to include. I generally do the FileWave Client name, and the components I am looking for with the query. So in this case, I would use FW client name, Application name, and version. You could also use some of the other fields in Application to input things like Last Launch Date etc.

If you're looking to find as many VPNs as possible make sure to set the application name to "contains" and simply use VPN as the name. Most app VPNs that are downloadable through the app store have VPN in the name.
