The Inventory queries are not correct. If I create a query and the only option selected is Operating System / Type is iOS, the result is 31 devices. When I click on the iOS inventory tab, it shows total number of devices as 370. Am I missing something?

Hello trandolphRGSD,
Coupled you please be more specific about the total fields used in the query? You said that you only selected Operating System / Type is iOS and this kind of query will retrieve only the OS versions stored in the Database, therefore you need to add more fields in the "Fields" tab in order to have more information and more devices displayed, if you need to show all your iOS devices you could also add to the fields something like "iOS Device/filewave client name" and that way you should obtain the list of iOS devices with OS versions. There are other ways to make this query as well, you could select " iOS Device/filewave client name is not null" as Criteria and that will retrieve all the iOS devices from the MDM DB as well, no additional fields would be required in this case.

Thank you,

Mauricio.
