Our Dashboard often has an intermittent red for the DEP Accounts pane because of this unspecified 403 error but it seems to cause no issue and is pretty infrequent. If you have any suggestions about it, please let me know.
But, what I'm really contacting you about is the other issue shown in the screenshot. In the VPP token window on the left, you can see that the itunesadminmgsd account has been updated. However, the Dashboard continues to give me an alert that it runs out on July 17. When the 403 error is not causing the DEP pane to be red, this VPP token issue causes it to be yellow.
So, am I going to have an issue because it is not picking up on the update to the token? Or, is this just a bug given that it does show the correct info in the VPP token window?
FileWave is aware of the infrequent warning in the Dashboard regarding DEP for some customers. We have created a ticket with Apple to work on a resolution. As for the yellow warning for VPP, I believe this should go green once you updated the Token. Could you please open a ticket with support at
so they may take a closer look at this for you?
