Admin, Client v4.0.4

I have two computers this morning that are updating successfully. When I use Client Monitor to watch how they're doing. I have the Status: [disconnected] and the verify and log files are grayed out. I've tried quitting the admin, but they are still saying disconnected. I'm annoyed that I can't get them to change to connected and view what they're doing. Any insight on how to force a change in their state would be appreciated.

I have seen the same thing on a group of lab computers. I used ARD to send out an fwcontrol client restart command and they came back. I have had to do that a couple of times, however.

Cool. Thanks. I now know the usefulness of this white paper. Still it seems to me this shouldn't be happening so often.
