Is there an interface(admin) to evaluate all of the students, teachers, and courses brought in from Clever once a sync is complete. I need to verify and confirm the data and haven't been able to find a way to browse the data yet.

Hello,

There is not an interface to view this information within FileWave. You will need to contact Clever. They should be able to provide you an output of the data they are syncing with your SIS. You can use their Support at support.clever.com/hc/en-us or call (800) 521-6516. They have a great Support Team and are extremely helpful. You may need your District ID which you can access when you log into Clever.

If you feel the data Clever has is not syncing correctly with FileWave, please create a support ticket at www.filewave.com or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can take a closer look.

Is there an interface(admin) to assess the greater part of the understudies, educators, and courses acquired from Clever once an adjust is finished. I have to check and affirm the information and haven't possessed the capacity to figure out how to peruse the information yet.

If you are using Apple Classroom (enabled in Preferences, Education, Apple Classroom), you will have a new pane on the left hand side of FileWave Admin. The data you sync with Clever will appear in the top right windows for Teachers, Students and Classes. You can search this data but it does not show how the Teachers, Students and Classes are linked together. It is used to link the User with a device to use Classroom.

If you need more assistance with this, please create a ticket with FileWave Support.
