so this patch is out now for HighSierra.
its called 2017-001 according to this article.
When i try to make a new fileset-update and i enter 2017-001 it shows a patch dated from october, which is incorrect.
What step am i missing to get the new patch available for push to my devices?
thanks

What is the full name of the patch as it is appearing in your Software Update Assistant?

You probably need to uncheck the "Requested only".

And... run the fwsu binary if you want to do it today. For a Linux server (and macOS?) it is:
sudo /usr/local/sbin/fwsu /fwxserver/Data\ Folder/

You need to separate the 2017-001 for 10.12.6 and the new one for 10.13.1:

Requested only is unchecked, however i havent tried that command yet. When i can get access to the server ill give that a try. Thanks!

P-M,
I tried the command you mentioned, updated to the latest FW server, etc. With no success. I'm not worried about it now that Apple has pushed the security update out forcefully.
Thanks for trying to help.

Then it might be the software updates settings.
If you don't have the updated search paths since 10.13 you might need to re-set them in FWA settings.
There should be eight lines, and easiest is to just login as fwadmin and click "Reset Defaults" for Apple Software Updates.

If that doesn't help either you should contact FileWave support to have them check your server.
