I didn't see a forum topic about this, so I created a support ticket and I'll update as I go.

I've been creating filesets to deploy to desktop computers and they are failing. In the logs, it says "file ####### F not found on booster/server. Has this file been deleted from the Server?" The fileset ####### does exist. Some filesets are created from scratch and one was a template fileset for Flash for Mac downloaded from the recipe page.

Support had me look at the logs and found an error updating the database.

tail -f /private/var/log/fwxadmin.log

One of the broken filesets was stopping the other "modified" filesets from working. Once I deleted it, everything started working again.
