So are you looking for an interface for maybe a phone help desk tech?
Where they could send a verify command but not change a clients associations?
What I see some locations do is they will give there techs the Client Monitor application that is included in the FileWave Admin installer. From there they can send verify, see if the computer is connecting to the filewave server, pull up the log, and if you give them the password. Open up the FileWave Client settings. Or are you looking for a little more then that?

I have been thinking about this as well. Even though the Admin client is pretty neat, it would be good to have access to its functions from a Web Browser, either supported on a mobile device or a laptop... (kinda like Casper JSS is)...
I would like also to see more options to control accessibility to my staff for example, the controls that are set towards what they can do or not are very "Black" & "White", meaning there are no shades of grey to balance things out. It makes it very difficult to administer permissions this way... I would like also to be able to tag a number of Client Groups and apply them certain permissions instead of going one by one.
