Training

Whether in a group setting or a private class, online or in person, FileWave Authorized Training is available via multiple methods to best fit your business needs. Our courses are designed and delivered using real-world scenarios and best practices to build skills and confidence. On-site training utilizes blended learning that combines eLearning methods with personal instructor-led training at your own facility. Our instructors are our own licensed FileWave Engineers, who live and breathe the software everyday. Learn from the people who build the products.

On-site Instruction

FileWave will travel to your location and provide your team with all the necessary training and instructions needed to get your FileWave server up and running. A FileWave Systems Engineer will spend one or two days on site, giving your team an all-inclusive hands-on introduction to the FileWave system and instructing them on best practices usage for your organization. Training time will also be spent on setting up your server and troubleshooting your process to increase your team's professional capabilities.

On-line or At-site Classroom

FileWave live online learning is the perfect solution for professionals who want to attend FileWave training but would prefer not to travel. Through this delivery method, our expert instructors deliver the same high-quality instruction with hands-on experience as in our traditional classroom courses - minus the travel. FileWave also conducts classroom training at it's headquarters in Fishers, Indiana. Whether you've just completed a FileWave evaluation or have been using FileWave for years and need a quick review of updated capabilities, join current FileWave users and learn more about how FileWave is integrated into many IT solutions.
