I want to become a FileWave Alliance Partner. What do I do next?
Becoming an FileWave Alliance Partner is easy. Simply fill out the short application on the FileWave website under the Partners tab and a FileWave account representative will contact you. After the representative approves your account, you will receive an email with your credentials to login to the Alliance program. Your representative will inform you about discount levels and other benefits you will receive by becoming a FileWave Partner. They will also tell you about the program's expectations from you over the next 12 months.
What else do I have to do to be able to sell as a FileWave Alliance Partner?To begin selling as a FileWave Alliance Partner, you will need to set up an account with one of our distributors where you will source your FileWave software. Your account representative will tell you about the approval process with our distributors and help you get started with the sign up process.
What are the expectations of a FileWave Partners in the first twelve months?We request that you purchase a NFR (Not For Resale) kit, which will give you access to all of the software components to setup your own Mobile Device Management system for demonstration. These kits have deep partner discounts.
We also require that you have your sales staff attend an online demonstration and go through the online sales training. In addition, your technical staff will want to enroll in the online Mobile Device Management training course.
