FileWave™ and Asset Trustee™ are important parts of the daily business of your company.

The more effectively and efficiently you are able to use both Products, the more they will contribute to the success of your company. Our education programs were developed to help you get the most out of the product you have installed.

To take advantage of the product functions that work best for you, your staff needs to know what each of the functions achieves, how to implement them, and how to use them best in daily operations.

FileWave™’s education programs furnishes the required information, knowledge and skills to make this possible.

From planning the implementation project and training the project team at the beginning of an implementation, to education of the end users just before going live, all through the ongoing support needed to keep your business working smoothly, FileWave™ provides a palette of flexible training options.

Planning Your Needs

FileWave™ Education planning involves three steps:

1. Analyzing your education needs together with you
2. Selecting the most appropriate education methods based on those needs
3. Outlining the different courses

On-Site Training

If you prefer to have an individual training onsite and to learn everything about FileWave™ & Asset Trustee™ in your working environment, you should consider an on-site training. We will set up an on-site training together with you by analyzing your education needs. Based on these informations we will set up a training schedule to meet the goals which were defined together.

FileWave™ Classrooms

If it is important for you to talk to other Filewave users and to achieve the learning goals within a small group, then you should consider a FileWave™ Classroom. Both, the on-site trainings and the Filewave classrooms are designed to help you to achieve your goals and to get the best out of your investment in FileWave™ & Asset Trustee™.

Requesting Non-Scheduled Courses

Some courses described in the broschure are not scheduled on a regular basis, but will be added based upon customer demand.

According to our regular Classrooms we also offer various onsite trainings. These trainings are either organized as Classrooms or as individual consulting.

Classrooms

Up to 8 people are trained in these classrooms. We can use the normal scheduled Seminars for these classrooms or we can work out a individual solution based on you needs.
