FileWave™ Standard Product Maintenance for FileWave™ products include Software Updates and Product Support, giving you access to FileWave™ expertise.

Software Updates provides customers with rights to FileWave™ product upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, documentation and access to FileWave™'s knowledge-base of solutions at "FileWave™ Customer Board".

Software Updates is a preqrequisite for all other FileWave™ Maintenance Services offerings.

Product Support provides you with technical assistance for all FileWave™ products via telephone, telefax, email or online at "FileWave™ Customer Board".

  • Ability to download the latest FileWave™ & Asset Trustee™ releases and solutions
  • Real-time solutions and technical expertise through "FileWave™ Customer Board" access
  • Improved diagnoses and resolution time through proactive services
