Software Update for Mac OS and Windows

Starting with FileWave 5.5 you have the ability to automatically find and deploy system updates to your Mac and Windows clients. The clients will automatically report to the server which updates are recommended. Then, you as an administrator can create Filesets from the updates and deploy them to individual clients of your choosing, or automatically to all requestors.
If you have determined that an update is safe for all machines requesting it, you can set it to Auto-Deploy. At this point any client requesting this update will download and
install it immediately. After checking this box (as with any associations made in this window) the changes will only be deployed after model update.
